She left her Dragon house’s assembly immediately after it finished. Someone called her back to join some activities of the “Protecting Our Environment” program with them, but she refused. Because she was not interested in this program and right now, her mind was full of urges to explode, and nothing could pull her steps back. She walked along a hall, answered her teachers’ questions shortly and quickly. Usually, she always went home or shopping with her friends, but today was not. She passed a school yard, went deep in a forest beside the school. This forest was her favorable place. Everything she just needed to do was stand in this forest, closed her eyes, and felt all the pressures of a day disappeared in her mind. She loved this place, the place of fresh air and calm, the place she never heard the noisy din of the streets…And this was also a place that she would find a secret. An unspoken secret.

She was standing here, in front of a barren house. She chanced on it while taking a walk. She was excited and told it to her friends. But when she took her friends here, nobody could see this house, except her. They didn’t believe her, even though she tried to explain with them by her best. It was really weird and she would know why, after this explosion. When she held a handle-door, she felt like a frozen electricity current passed through her heart, nearly made her body paralyze…
She thought she was dreaming. That was another world behind the door, the world that she hadn’t seen before. She saw many dragons were flying in front of her eyes, with strange people who dressed in weird customs. She felt a chilly gust of wind was blowing through her cells and seemed to stroke her wills down. A youngest person of those people came near her, and his warmed-voice arose:
“Welcome to Magic land, Cecilia! My name is Gabrielle, the youngest wizard in this country.”
“Who are you? What’s happening? Please explain to me, I don’t understand anything…” Cecilia started to tremble. She didn’t know what was happening to her. She just wanted to comeback to her real world right now.
“You’ve came by that door, right?” He asked. “That was our rule: just the people who have the royal blood inside can pass that door. That means you’re the chosen one to save the Magic land, and its civilians. This country has been punished by Mother Earth, because we had destroyed nature so much. But it would be free with your help.”
“But why is me?”
“Because the royal blood is in your body and your mind. Just the people in royal family can save us...” He replied coldly.
Suddenly he stopped talking and looked deeply at her eyes. An ironical smile appeared in his face. She felt something bad in her mind, and her blood started to freeze.
Gabrielle continued, “…by taking your blood.”
She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. She started to scream her head off and shouted.
“No, no, that’s not my fault. I have nothing in your problems. You destroyed it, you made Mother Earth angry, and then you have to get punishment. Stay away from me…”
But it was too late. She saw Gabrielle held a knife in his hand. A few seconds later, she felt something stabbed through her neck, and her heart. She saw something red. Blood. But she couldn’t feel anything. Because she was too scared, or because of a strange magic was trying to protect her? And then everything surrounded became dark, darker, and nothing in front of her eyes.
“Riiiiinnnnggg…” A clock woke her up. Cecilia opened her eyes immediately and realized that she was sweating. She looked around to make sure that was just a nightmare. But she thought that she had learned something through that nightmare…

Today her school had a club for protecting our environment. That was the first time of her to join it. She came to school in happiness promised to herself: “The nightmare seems to teach me about the responsibility of my environment and community. This is a chance to change myself. Now! Let’s go to my Dragon house and get more red cards.”
She smiled. A smile of happiness…
